Festival Weekend
To congratulate, celebrate, and learn from our peers, the top three schools from the four areas are invited to perform during festival weekend. Four full-length, fully realized productions will be produced. Eight scenes of eight minutes will be performed.
Festival weekend offers a variety of opportunities that encourage artistic growth for both students and teachers. These offerings include workshops led by industry professionals, Second Stage competition, and scholarship opportunities. The three-day festival will also include space for our BIPOC community as part of our BIPOC Action Plan. Future plans for this weekend include college connections.
Awards from the fall adjudication will be presented to attending schools. Scholarship winners from the CETA Scholarship offerings will also be announced.
This is an exciting weekend filled with opportunities for your students to network, meet fellow theatre students, and expand their theatre education.
This weekend celebrates CETA's Mission to create spaces where Every California student will experience the highest standards of theatre arts education.
